A. L. & L. Landscapes is a Virginia corporation serving this metropolitan area since 1979. We currently employ 47 crewmembers supervised by two division managers. Both our division mangers have been with the company for over 20 years. They are directly responsible for training, quality control and client feedback.

Our client base is broad, serving commercial properties, homeowner and condominium associations, single family residences and estates throughout Northern Virginia. Our maintenance division currently has 167 clients of various sizes ranging from $500 to $75,000 per season. References will be forwarded if requested.

Our crew leaders are normally hired on initially as laborers and work throughout our different divisions learning proper landscape techniques, plant material identification and equipment operation. This is learned through hands on training, supervised by persons employed by the company for a minimum of five years. Each employee is given a policy and training manual at the time he or she is hired.

Our landscape division purveys both to the residential and commercial client. Tree and shrub installation, perennial gardens, stone walks, drainage systems, irrigation, plant and turf renovation are just a few services that we currently offer.
